The WC was broken, the doors didn’t close, we had a massive attack of mosquitoes during the night, and there was no cover for the light to enter the room. The location is very nice but we didn’t enjoy it because nobody accepts credit card or transactions. So is difficult if you don’t bring a car.

Un lugar muy cómodo y accesible

Fue una experiencia muy cómoda y accesible, el lugar estaba bien ubicado y aunque no estaba cerca de la playa queda a 5 minutos, la calle para llegar esta rodeada de árboles y la estancia fue muy buena, el personal siempre fue muy atento, también la recepcionista que yo creo la estresé de tantas dudas pero siempre respetuosa, el desayuno muy rico y lo mejor sin duda las albercas con las que cuenta, asimismo el cuarto fue cómodo y contaba con todo lo necesario

Buen lugar para vacacionar, la playa queda muy cerca pero necesita más atención en cuanto a los servicios pues tanto el baño de la habitación y los generales necesitan mas mejoras y limpieza ya que no salía agua caliente en el baño sobre todo para las personas que llevamos niños pequeños,

Hace varios años atrás lo visitamos y todo bien, en esta ocasión se ha notado el deterioro y descuido. La habitación que nos tocó se veía sucia, el baño con manchas de moho en paredes y en la cortina del baño, que por cierto estaba toda mal puesta, no salió agua caliente, la ventana del baño no abría. En cuanto a la habitación, de buen tamaño, sin embargo, la cama era una piedra, las sábanas manchadas. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien. Una de las repisas que había, sucia (tenía algo derramado). Entiendo que es un lugar en donde hay mucho mosco, pero sería bueno fumigar, había muchos adentro de la habitación. En las demás recamaras que rentamos, a las camas se les sentian los resortes. En general la estancia no fue buena, las albercas sucias, el jacuzzi sin servicio porque no lo habían limpiado. Lo único rescatable es la atención del personal.

Me agrado que es amplio, cuenta con 2 albercas, restaurante camastros y mesitas. Lo que no me gustó fue que le falta más limpieza en general al hotel y debido al agua estancada hay muchos mosquitos, su carta del hotel es muy pobre, el buffet que ofrecen tambien. Y que permiten las bebidas de alcohol, luego la gente está muy ebria y le suben mucho al volumen de sus bocinas y no dejan dormir y no hay quien supervise ese detalle.

si lo recomiendo, nos al pasamos muy agusto con toda la familia las habitaciones son grandes, lo que si recomendaría es que los colchones les pongan una colchoneta para que estén un poco mas cómodos y las almohadas mas bajitas, de ahí en fuera fue una estancia agradable.

Magníficos paisajes, naturaleza y tranquilidad.

La naturaleza que rodea, sus dos alberca s y el chapoteadero, las palapas ,las habitaciones amplias y la muy buena atención del personal hacen de este hotel mí mejor opción para quedarme y disfrutar de la mejor playa y el mejor paisaje frente a la Sierra de los Atlixcos.

No hubo tv porque no tenian señal de cable, no habia agua caliente, tampoco wifi. La reservacion era por una habitacion con dos camas king size y en realidad fueron dos matrimoniales. No tenian variedad de refrescos solo peñafiel, no hubo refresco de cola y la comida bastante mal. Es una pena

Me gustaron sus instalaciones, limpias sencillas y accesibles a la playa. No mencionan qué hay una “lista de espera” para poder pedir de cenar. Así que sale la cena dependiendo de las personas que hayan pedido antes y de cómo va saliendo la comida. Y el trato de la hostess (persona que nos recibió para hacer check in) no fue el mejor.

Excellent stay ! Nice place and nice people. Great food and drinks. A lot of mosquitos, prepare products to keep yourself off bites ! Excellent séjour ! Un joli hôtel et personnel sympathique.
