"I've stayed at other Best Western Hotels and unfortunately this BW in Pendleton did not compare to the cleanliness of the other ones. In addition to this, the front desk receptionists (both of them) seem to lack in hospitality."

"I cannot say enough good things about The Finch. This hotel is a real gem and such a breath of fresh air compared to traditional hotels. The property itself is amazing - modern, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring downtown. The staff was incredibly welcoming and genuinely caring, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be visiting again!"

"The staff was exceptional. Our car broke down, my wife got sick, and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us including letting us leave our car in the parking lot while we traveled home to get a car trailer."

"I was late to booking a room for a graduation and this was basically all that was available when I booked. But here is my honest opinion… First off, trying to get someone to answer the phone in the office is nearly impossible. When I finally got ahold of the guy I let them know that we would be arriving around midnight. No big deal he said. We get there and NO ONE was around. Right inside the door is this machine with like a zoom call type video of a customer service chick. That machine/virtual person checked me in. But dang, that process was so irritating! The thing is next to the loud humming vending machines, she kept cutting out, she would press her headset mic to her mouth and it was just a loud muffle. Finally the office guy walks out and I tell him this is really difficult to do and he just kinda laughed and said yeah and walked away. After several “I can’t hear you, what did you say, say that again please “ and 20 mins later I was beyond fed up. We get to the room and it is incredibly small. 2 beds… one up against the wall and the other up against/touching the ac unit. The floor was more than dirty, I dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the bed and WOW it looked like they have NEVER swept under there. My husband checked the beds for bed bugs because that’s the vibe we got. My husband just wanted a hot shower after traveling all day and we were both exhausted. The bed was uncomfortable and feels like the springs in the bed are on their last leg."

"The attendant JB. needs to fired I booked for 7 nights. The JB said I had only 6 and would have to go through Expedia, Expedia said JB should of been able to book the room for one more night. It took me over an hour to do so missing an appointment. I will never return and use your site again. The whole week stay was a disaster I will never recommend you site or the Hotel. Even the washing machines had crap on them. Had to go elsewear"

"It was a good hotel but far from other historic hotels we have stayed in. The rooms were very dark, and bathroom very basic. However it was clean and the bed was comfortable."

"Very nice hotel! Clean room, good location, quiet. Friendly staff. Only real criticism is that the room, while nice, could have been nicer for the price ($312/night). It was very solid. But could have been nicer. Felt very generic. Also the hotel does not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I’m nitpicking, but for price could be a tad bit better."
