"I was late to booking a room for a graduation and this was basically all that was available when I booked. But here is my honest opinion…
First off, trying to get someone to answer the phone in the office is nearly impossible. When I finally got ahold of the guy I let them know that we would be arriving around midnight. No big deal he said. We get there and NO ONE was around. Right inside the door is this machine with like a zoom call type video of a customer service chick. That machine/virtual person checked me in. But dang, that process was so irritating! The thing is next to the loud humming vending machines, she kept cutting out, she would press her headset mic to her mouth and it was just a loud muffle. Finally the office guy walks out and I tell him this is really difficult to do and he just kinda laughed and said yeah and walked away. After several “I can’t hear you, what did you say, say that again please “ and 20 mins later I was beyond fed up. We get to the room and it is incredibly small. 2 beds… one up against the wall and the other up against/touching the ac unit. The floor was more than dirty, I dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the bed and WOW it looked like they have NEVER swept under there. My husband checked the beds for bed bugs because that’s the vibe we got. My husband just wanted a hot shower after traveling all day and we were both exhausted. The bed was uncomfortable and feels like the springs in the bed are on their last leg."
