"It was bad. The mattress is as hard as a rock, wasnāt comfortable at all. The kitchen was dirty with dirty cutleries on the table. At a point one of the ac unit fell and there was dirt everywhere in the lobby. Would never stay there again and donāt advice anyone to. "

"Hotel claims it has wifi. It does not. Had to stay only one out of four nights as a result. Reported to Hotels.com. Residency hotel refused to refund me for the three nights. Hotels.com offered me 50% refund in coupons. I regret ever wanting to stay at Leosophine Residency, and ending up loosing half of my money. Staff very unhelpful."

"My checking experience was horrible. The AC units were faulty, I had to be moved 4 times before getting a good working AC unit after 8hrs. Furthermore the food was quite poor.The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, except the IT guy that was quite rude. Management needs to improve the units and fumigate frequently; because there were a bunch of mosquitoes. "
