Excellent access to public transport, even to airport without paying a fortune for taxi services. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lacked a bit of facilities in room, no options to even make a sandwich or other snacks.

Comfortable Large beds, high quality sheets. Relaxing environment all round from the room, the halls to the lobby. Mini bar is a bonus. It honestly is like a 5 Star Hotel and extremely affordable. Staffed 24hrs. My go to Hotel for City Stays.

The staff were lovely, during my stay there I had my room clean at least twice from house keeping. The only down side is that if the people in the next room get to their room and start slamming drawers it does echo through the room

The room was adequate for our needs. All the items (jugs ,fridge etc) worked fine. Bed was comfortable and TV good. Ambient temperature in the room was comfortable. Complimentary things were adequate also

The hotel was conveniently located near a tram station with free service within CBD area. The room was clean. Bathroom sink really needs to be replaced (very old and scratched). Beds were very worn with low areas. AC and hair dryer did not work. AC was fixed immediately when we reported it. A portable hair dryer was in a drawer under the TV which was not intuitive. Many food items available for purchase in the room.
