We initially booked this hotel mainly to have access to a pool, which, unfortunately, doesn’t exist. Access was granted to the hotel’s pool next door as compensation for the misleading listing, which was appreciated, but still disappointing.
We also requested that our room be cleaned and towels changed, but nothing was done until we followed up around 3 PM, only to be told we had supposedly opted for their “$10 green voucher” program, which we never did. It turned into an unnecessary discussion just to have basic service.
The hotel itself feels outdated and poorly maintained. You can smell the old carpets, hear everything happening in the neighbouring rooms, and even the traffic outside. On two of our four nights, we were also kept awake by loud, drunk guests from functions held on the property.
Overall, despite the staff’s attempts to accommodate, the experience was disappointing, and we wouldn’t stay here again.
