Carolina, who assisted us during check-in, was exceptional—very kind, attentive, and thorough in explaining everything about the hotel and its amenities. "The room was very clean and the staff were very courteous. The breakfast buffet was great and loved the 24 access to coffee and hot water so we could make tea or hot chocolate anytime we wanted. "
