"The room was absolutely gorgeous but what really made this trip special was a wonderful and gorgeous and thoughtful stuff especially Charmaine K. She went out of her way to make us feel warm and welcome, and by doing that she secured us as annual customers and guess because this will definitely be your annual getaway for that Christmas Eve feel at this hotel is the best pic in all of Lake Placid with beautiful views, clean rooms and a wonderful staff."

"Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Walkable into town. Nice pool, hot tub, exercise facility, backyard tables. Sadly although dog freindly, they didn't allow them at the outdoor tables of on site resturaunt. "
