The people working are so kind, welcomed me back, thanked me for returning, etc. As someone who works in hospitality, they truly go above and beyond. Kiley (sp?) at the front desk is a true gem - so kind, patient and polite. I look forward to my next visit. "

"Extremely unsatisfied as I left belongings in room after checkout, called that night and told them where I left my belongings and I got the impression that they could care less. I called again the next morning , no one was in that room and someone-I assumed was front desk said they went up to the room and didn’t find anything-my items were presents😡☹️"
