"Room was a good size. Staff were friendly, daughter loved the pool and central area of the hotel. Breakfast was just ok and bar and restaurant seemed to have variable hours. Room was pretty clean but could see some areas of decline, mildew in corners and few missed minor spots, overall very solid place to stay with a family just outside of Tampa."

"Where do I begin? The property on the outside is ok. On the inside, it’s a different story. It is outdated. I get it, it is an old building. Now the room, oh boy. It was not the best but close to holly hell. The kitchen had the basic but everything was dirty. When I say dirty, they need to hire a cleaning crew with experience. Spatula still had previous food on it. Cabinets are about to fall apart and are dirty. I don’t think I will be staying there again. "

"When we arrived and checked in, it seemed like the lady at the front desk could barely be bothered and was not friendly. We felt like she thought we didn’t belong there. Our room was okay but had a musty smell to it. Some of the lights didn’t work and the toilet constantly ran. The cable went in and out the entire time so watching TV was torture. The free breakfast was okay. I did ask for more iced water and you would have thought I asked for the world. The lady definitely had an attitude about it. I then found out they use water right from the faucet. which had a terrible taste. We felt like everyone we encountered could barely be bothered. We definitely would never stay there again. "

"Parking was easy. The location was convenient to the college. Newly renovated room was nice, however it was missing things and the construction dust was not cleaned from the closets/hangers etc. The room was missing lamps and the clock radio was not working, I think they remodeled the room and they did not recommission it into use correctly. Maybe rushed the checklist for the room readiness. Othewise the staff was nice and the breakfast was convenient. "
