"When we arrived to check into our room the front desk lady said that the entire system was down so we would not be able to check into our rooms. We waited an hour and a half in the lobby to check in. I’ve had something similar happen at other hotels and they always offer to get us into a room and let us check in later. The lobby was extremely hot and we weren’t offered water or anything for our time. We ended up having to get ready for a wedding in the hotel lobby and were late to the wedding...

"Staff was slow and disorganized. Room was not very clean. No power for hours the first night. The people in the next room made noise all night both nights."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We were very disappointed in the shower and the sink set up. Water gets EVERYWHERE with the current design. Breakfast was very good but we wish there was a better healthy selection, more fruit selections, etc. Also when cleaning came in they didn't refill anything. NO extra toilet paper, tissues, lotion was empty."

"A stay at the Ramble is always a pleasant experience. The decor is stylish and the rooms are very comfortable, with a plush bed and leather chairs for lounging by the large windows even in the smaller rooms. The bar and restaurant downstairs is excellent, and there are many other great options for food and drink within a 3-block radius. I always look forward to staying here when traveling to Denver."
