I really enjoyed my stay here but unfortunately the food was not always fresh. A lot of the snack foods were from frozen. Filter coffee was only available in the breakfast buffet and then taken away. The setting and hotel itself was beautiful. The room we had was absolutely amazing. Food, drinks and service were very good, although it was end of season so limited on restaurants and choice of dishes.

Not sure whether it was out of season but place was dirty, dishes in kitchen were dirty and no cleaning liquid to clean up either

Lovely family who were very smiley but the room was appalling, paint all in th3 wrong places, bathroom cupboard broken, light switch covers missing, jacuzzi didn’t work, furniture literally falling apart. The worst was that the fire escape map on the back of our door was for the wrong hotel!
