"The advertisement/pictures on Expedia about the property were false/ misleading. Broken furniture, cockroaches in the kitchen, mold in the bedroom. No checkin station, no info about the property. Neither myself nor Expedia agents were able to communicate with the property manager! Wish there was an option to zero star!! Worst experience with any stay"

"Be aware, me and my family of 5 ended up with no place to stay and the worst thing, it was around 21.00 hours we had to look somewhere else which was triple the price and very far from where we wanted to stay, after a long call to hotels.com , we gave up and booked where we stayed from a competeor website. "Staff was so friendly, helpful and professional. Room service is excellent. The whole experience at this hotel was perfect. It was totally woth it. The access to the beach is what I always wanted from a beachfront hotel. Beach beds and chairs are always available. The Spa is also excellent and I would recomend it. I can't wait to book my next stay with them. Thanks for the experience."
