"Das Apartment entspricht voll und ganz den Fotos in der Beschreibung. Wir waren im 1. Stock und hatten 2 Balkone. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war ausreichend, Reinigung, Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ebenso. Das Gebäude war innen und außen sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt neben einem Supermarkt, kleinen Boutiques und nur ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Isabelle ist eine sehr liebenswerte Person, die immer erreichbar war und sich um alle Anliegen kümmerte....

"The studio was nice and just 2 minutes walking to the beach and restaurants area. Joanna was very kind and willing to help, we stayed two nights and the room was cleaned every day. Unfortunately there are too many mosquitos, so they should provide some mosquitos repellent plug in. (We bought the spray but it did nothing) Secondly the wi-fi didn’t work for the two days, but this was not the owner’s fault as she tried to reset the modem but it was broken."

"All the plants and trees and flowers are really beautiful and well maintained. The lighting of the property is gorgeous. The views are picturesque. It's a small, quiet and peaceful hotel.Rooms and grounds are super clean. The design of the pool areas is very pretty. Breakfast is basic but filling. Ground staff although very pleasant and helpful was lingering around the hilltop suites area a lot, like really a lot-it was taking away the privacy a bit. We are in our 40s and we're glad we had our own pool and terrace to chill as the crowd was mostly young "instagram" couples- lacking warmth, a smile or good manners that usually come with experience ( or upbringing😉). Also, I don't know how but there were hardly any mosquitoes. There is a party hotel above Irida, which had parties every day from around 9 till 11pm. It echoed around the whole neighborhood!- we didn't mind-sounds of people being happy and enjoying themselves and the traditional live music was even beautiful on occasion!-but it's something to consider."

"The room and property were gorgeous and pristine clean. Everything looks like it was recently updated or renovated. I stayed at the pool level where my patio was located and then I walked down 3 steps into the bedroom level, which also had the updated bathroom. The pictures shown in Hotels.com are true to form. I felt like I had my own apartment. I could not hear anybody as it was soundproof. The staff was professional and so friendly, which is what made my stay extra special. I even fell in love with the local cat who came to visit me every day. This hotel is within steps of the beach, grocery store and other shops. I was able to walk to another beach. Plenty of amazing restaurants within a very short walking distance of the property. I did not want or need a car as I just chilled for the three days that I was here, but there is parking available. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and if and when I come back to Crete, I will definitely be staying here."

"We had a cave room which had everything we wanted. The only gripe I had was the pillows. I prefer feather but I know this is a personal choice. The staff were kind, obliging and our cleaner did a great job every day. We did have a few meals in the restaurant which were al a carte and so very nice. The views were wonderful from our pool and the whole holiday was chilled, peaceful and calming."

"Absolutely brilliant! For the price we paid, our room was lovely, the whole resort was so clean, the bed was super comfy and our balcony had a sea view. We went to the pool and there was nobody there so we basically had it to ourselves for most of the morning most of the days which was delightful. The hotel was perfectly located, in the middle of the village and there were lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel was 1 minute walk to the beach which was perfect, the water was so blue and it was so easy to get in the sea. Breakfast was lovely and I enjoyed that it varied day to day, fried eggs one day and then crepes and then omelette. The coffee machine was nice and alternative milks were supplied which was great and the greek yogurt and honey was delightful. The fresh oranges were lovely, my only improvement would be that sliced watermelon as well as the oranges would have been perfect. 10/10 would absolutely book this hotel again and would recommend to anyone!"
