"Basic room but clean and quiet. Maintenance is a little lacking. Unexpected surprise in the form if breakfast for this budget hotel. The choice of food and drinks was extensive and a good quality. Nice and pleasant one night stay."

"I had a wonderful stay at KOSY Appart’Hôtels – Art’ & Facts in Nancy. The place is beautiful, clean, and feels very secure. The services were impeccable, and the staff made everything smooth and easy.
