"Hmm. This is a very good property and would be excellent anywhere else in the world but standards in Greece/Crete are very high. It's a little gloomier inside photos suggest with only limited natural light. "We have just spent 18 wonderful days at Sun & Sea, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We originally booked 11 days but loved it so much that we decided to extend our holiday by another week. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and made the room change completely seamless, which we really appreciated. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful, friendly, and welcoming. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they genuinely made us feel at home. Thank you to everyone at Sun & Sea for making our family holiday so memorable. We have made some amazing memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return in the future!"

"Lovely hotel just 2 mins from a local beach and a very good selection of bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Our room 406, had great sea views with a generous balcony. Pool area was well presented and with plenty of shade. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return."

"The only criticism I have is that the light switches are not located very well by the bedside. Otherwise really spacious rooms and great staff. Beach was lovely although you should wear some water shoes as there are pebbles before you get onto the sandier bit if the seabed and they are incredibly hot!"

"Our stay was absolutely incredible! The staff were extremely attentive and made a conscious effort to get to know us, especially Kostas(?) (and our coffee orders!). The breakfast spread was wide and varied each day and is run smoothly, self served and on the glorious terrace overlooking the sea. Our side view room had everything we needed and the addition of the terrace overlooking the restaurant and ocean was perfect. Having access to the beach was a particular highlight for us, with sun loungers and beach towels provided. We found the location of the hotel ideal, with a row of restaurants less than a 5 min walk away, as well as the restaurant at the hotel (which had exception food and cocktails!). Also a 20 min walk to the Old Town. Overall a perfect trip, would definitely come back!"
