"What a fabulous experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very special. The staff were so polite & friendly & just could not do enough for you. We opted for the deluxe package & room was very spacious & cleaned extremely well each morning, the evening turn down service was also appreciated with sundries being restocked daily. The beach area was lovely with amazing views out to Kastri Island whilst offering a great food & drinks service. Lots of swimming pools to choose from too. Food & drink options were plenty with most restaurants offering an al la carte service which worked well for us as we don’t generally like buffet service. We had superb meals every evening with beautiful champagne & wine pairings. It really felt like we were dining out in different restaurants each evening sampling varied cuisines. We hired a Tesla for a day & were able to visit other areas of Kos which was great. This holiday was not cheap but I really feel like we got good value for money. This was our first Ikos experience but will definitely not be our last! If you are considering it then do not hesitate. Book now! "

"My honest review was my stay was pleasant but that's all i can say really. The staff were friendly but at time i received a lack of desire to help, especially with transport to and from the airport. Once i did book my own private transfer they tried to charge me, I had to let them know that i had already pre paid for the ride. The room was also decent but not great, wasn't a beach front hotel and there may be a ant problem. There was too many crawling within our bathroom area and by our front door. Food was okay too, a good selection and varied day to day. overall a pleasant experience but i wouldn't go back and nor would i say it's a 4 star defiantly a 3 star at most. "

"please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you for looking after us - we have recommended to family & will return :-)"
