The room was not at all clean, the bathroom was even worse. There was a lot of construction going on in other rooms for us not to sleep. We also saw a lizard on our towels when coming back into the room.

The room was not clean and pictures on the website are old. They need pest control. I did see cockroaches in room. The hotel is close to the taj mahal and restaurant food was good.

Bathroom was not clean. Hot water is only provided 7 am, only after request. Not available later in the day or other time of the day or evening, very difficult if you are planning to shower after morning. Staff were okay. Only positive thing- Very close to Taj Mahal, even walkable.

The room was a mess. It took the hotel almost an hour to give us our room. There was no geyser or warm water in the washroom. There were very dim lights. When we asked for hot water to bathe we were told that it’ll be provided in a bucket but it was never provided to us. There was used tea cups in the cupboard. Wifi didn’t work at all and there was a MAJOR network issue in our room. The flush in the washroom didn’t work and was kind of broken.

Room was disgusting. Dirty, smelly and cold. When i asked for a space heater they tryed to charge me for it. When i said no they started to haggle the price for the heater which makes me think there is not a charge for the heater they are just trying to scam me. Had one more night booked but left early. DO NOT STAY HERE
