Sorry about the bathroom. Other guests came in late after being at the bars. It was even late when you arrived. If I saw something like that I would clean it up but usually clean up is from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and when you guys came in late that night clean up was already taken care of. People get drunk and things happen like that.

Yes this is true but before any reservation you make at Medusa's hostel this information about our facility is very clear about our parking and bathrooms. If you called to make a reservation we are very detailed and explaining this as well. We don't like bad reviews we don't that are unhappy with their stay. So this is the reason why before you make a reservation the amenities that we have are explained in detail. If you look us up on google, booking, travelocity, and any other place that you are able to book a room with us this things are listed. We don't try to mislead or lie or cheat our guests into making a reservation with us without knowing this about the parking in our bathrooms. Our building is over 100 years old as well as most of the city of Aguadilla downtown and when the town was being built over 100 years ago parking was not something that was thought about. Unfortunately there just isn't enough money for our city to make parking available. And this is one thing that we as a business suffer from as well, but please understand we do make this very clear anywhere you book with us. We enjoyed you having you and we do apologize.

This guest never stayed with us she only called at the last minute to cancel and ask for a refund. She was given a partial refund because she called explaining her mentally challenged child and she admitted that she failed to read the very detailed description. And then after never stepping foot into the establishment she left this untruthful review.

We can GUARANTEE you that there are NO cameras in the bathroom. What you saw was a small night light that you can turn on by turning the rim. If the electricity goes off or do not want a bright light in the middle of the night it comes in handy. This is the very first time anyone has ever made that accusation. We would have been happy to show you how to operate the light. As far as shared bathrooms are concerned, it is listed on the description page of all booking sites. However, the definition of a "hostel" is "A hostel is a lower-priced inn of sorts that offers basic, shared accommodations. Typically, a hostel features a large room with separate beds, a shared bathroom, and a communal kitchen. Some hostels have private rooms, but the lower-cost ones generally offer bunk beds. We are sorry for your misunderstanding. We are willing to remedy any inconvenience we can when a guest makes a request or makes a complaint. I'm sorry but you never came to the facility. You didn't stay with us and emwhen you left this review we even offered you a room to show you that your review is false and you had no idea of how our facility operates nor did you meet any of the staff including myself, so when we offered you a room so you can see that you are wrong with the review you left and so you could actually experience what we have built and what we have to offer our guest. So instead of coming and staying us, you ignored us, and our to give you a room so you an honest and true review. It really hurts our small business when people just want to be vendictve and they have step foot in our hostel. Look, you didn't stay with us and I tried my hardest to appease you and your family. You didn't have a problem with the room or the place when you arrive a 9am. You said more than a few times that you like it and said it was a really cool place. It was the lady that you were with who didn't know what a hostel was and said she "wasn't feeling it." I was even going to let you check in at 9am, because you had young children with you and they were unhappy. Regardless that is really unheard of for any hotel or hostel to let you check in at 9am. All im asking is to please give us an actual chance and stay a night with us. All I'm asking is for you to take your post down and stay a night with us, I'll give you a credit for 2 nights. You already paid for one night and you specifically said multiple times "Wow! This is a cool place!" In which I kept thanking you. Look give us an actual fair chance to show you how cool Medusas really is and actually spend a day or 2 here, like you were going to when you saw the place and then you can leave whatever review you want.
