"We loved everything about this wonderful property - from the burst of color when you walk in the door, to the rooftop terrace and most importantly, the wonderful team of people that made our stay a memorable one!"
"Hôtel merveilleusement bien situé pour profiter de la mer et visiter à pied Essaouira. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel, mais une mention toute spéciale à Ayoub Khaled pour la qualité de son service au restaurant, à notre femme de chambre, Fatima Zhra et un gros merci à Imane à la réception pour sa reconnaissance. À la prochaine !!!"

"Title: A Peaceful Oasis with the Warmest Welcome
"We stayed at this beautiful Riad as two couples and it was the absolute highlight of our trip. While the Riad is located in a rural area with some building work and unused land nearby, the moment you step through the doors, you are completely cocooned in an authentic, peaceful paradise. You wouldn’t even know the outside world existed.
The hospitality began the moment we arrived at 8pm, tired from our journey, to find a Royal Couscous and Tagine already prepared for us. It was a spectacular welcome and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The lady who looked after us was a dream; although we spoke through a translation app, her kindness was clear. She kept the place spotless and her breakfast was simply the best every morning to start the day!
Jamal and Katty are incredible hosts—nothing was ever too much trouble—and their dogs, Abbi and Ruby, are just lovely and made the place feel even more like home. From the stunning decor and the amazing chandelier in the billiard room to the relaxing pool area, the Riad had everything we needed.
If you want an authentic, warm, and friendly Moroccan experience, look no further. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us!" "
"We didn't get the sea view suite that we booked, which was very unfortunate, but they did give us a free dinner which was excellent, and they also gave us a nice fruit basket. We ended up in a standard room which looked out on to the Medina. It was very noisy outside at night and while the room was beautiful, the bathroom was a big letdown. It had a shower/tub combination with a shower curtain and it was quite awful. The hotel itself is spectacular and in a nice location for exploring the Medina. The restaurant and rooftop terrace are very nice, and the food was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you get an upgraded room. "
"The pictures on all the websites are from 2010 it has gone down hill a lot since then and could be fantastic. Do not take any notice of them. We actually went to see a room and the hotel the day before we booked so knew what we were getting. The food was really good and for £75 per night with a golf course view it was really good. We ate at lunchtime at the golf club, again great food, wine and beer. One pool is shut most things are shut or broken it looks really like a three star hotel. But again we played golf and had a great time."
