"The best place to stay. This is boutique accommodation on a quiet street, a short drive to the main attractions. I loved being surrounded by nature in the pool, seeing beautiful birds and monkeys in the trees, bats and fireflies at night. Staying here was the highlight of our time in Galle. The rooms are large, very clean, with comfortable beds. Our host made us the most superb breakfast each morning. "My friend and I stayed here for four nights.
The guest house is nice, clean and meets needs all the basic needs. No extravagant luxury, however what makes this place truly amazing is:
- We were welcomed by the friendly hosts and had the feeling of being their private guests in their own home. Airport pick up was pre-arranged by email and we was met at the arrival by our driver, absolutely trouble-free (USD 68/ 3 hrs)

"I had a wonderful stay at Wild Roots! I stayed for 6 nights. Room was spotless. Great AC. Kettle with tea and coffee. Spacious bathroom with a hot shower. Loved the balcony. Location is ideal. One minute walk to the stunning beach, but just off the busy main road. Staff were incredibly friendly. Always available both before and during my stay. Nothing was too much bother. Helped arranged drivers for me. Would absolutely stay again. "
