"On arrival we had to check in at the sister property down the hill. At check in they were unable to find our booking and we’re not expecting us, they did provide us with a room but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. There were dustpans & brushes left on the landing, room was reasonably clean but tired, breakfast was an extra €7 each at the sister property down the street and was good value. The bar was not open. "Für ein schönes Wochenende in Cochem hervorragend geeignet. Gute Lage, da nicht direkt im Zentrum auch mit Parkplätzen vor der Tür. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat auch gerne mal 1 - 2 Tipps mehr gegeben. Das sehr gut sortierte Frühstück sei noch hervorzuheben. Welches wir als Vegetarier auch sehr geschätzt haben. Veganer sollten hier auch gut bedient sein. Des Weiteren ist es möglich auf der Terrasse mit Mosel Blick zu Speisen. Die Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich...

"We boked this hotel because it was highly reated with great reviews. We were delighted everything matched!!! It is well located short drive to Cologne Cathedral dome--16 minutes. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. Wifi is super fast. The service staff is so helpful and friendly. after our 15 hour flight, we were well rested to go to Chrismtas market. We highly recommend this hotel for its location and above-beyond service. No wonder it is fully-booked for the weekend. The parking is convenient and close to the hotel."
