The check-in process was seamless, the staff was professional and responsive, and as a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Milan. The only improvement I would suggest is offering a bit more assistance with airport transportation. Having the option to arrange a taxi in advance or providing clearer transportation resources for guests would make departure day...

"The property's location is great, the room is clean and smell nice, air-con is the best!! The staffs are friendly and helpful, you can also enjoy yourself at the coffee bar. However, just one thing to remind, if you are doing self-check in out of their front desk hours, we better contact them in advance by their contact email (you can google it) rather than message on Expedia, cause seems they not read Expedia message. We love to stay again."

"This is a wonderful property. Brand new, with large and excellently appointed rooms, fully equipped and wonderfully comfortable. The location is wonderful-dive minutes I. Foot from the metro, tram line runs in front of the location but the neighborhood is quiet with a residential feel. The staff is friendly and welcoming and very helpful. We so much enjoyed our stay there at the beginning of our trip that we changed our return plans to come back to Milan a nightly earlier to get one more...
