"Air handler was so loud it was unusable. In fact, you can hear other room’s air handlers from your room. Was put in a room above the outdoor bar seating and had to deal with so-called grownups drinking and being loud into the early morning hours. You can literally hear every noise in your room as if the walls were paper thin. 2 of the 3 mornings there was no hot water for showers and the breakfast was less than average at best. "The room was clean. The room was totally worn out. Needs a complete refreshing. Paint was peeling. Around the bathtub there was black in the caulking. Tub was very slippery. Had to put a towel down to keep from falling. The refrigerator was noisy. Everything was very old looking. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Muffins were tiny. There were only three pillows on the bed when we got there. Two guests and three pillows? We called down for an extra pillow and the clerk said...

"The first room we had didn’t have a toilet that flushed. We tried to use the hotel phone which didn’t work. My husband ended up going back down to inform the representative at the front desk. She did change our room so repack everything to move. It was inconvenient. "

"This place is incredibly run down and in need of improvements. The bedding was stained and things were dirty like the sink and the toilet had hair on it…beds were super firm but we didn’t mind… We just stayed here 1 night passing through. Staff was nice and checkout was smooth. I didn’t see any bugs. "

"The grounds, restaurant/bar and rooms were amazing. I would recommend they update TVs to smart ones! As a frequent traveler I enjoy being able to log into my favorite shows when away. The golf course was a surprise!! Staff were excellent. The wineries we visited were all unique and amazing. "
