"I enjoyed my stay at Jannah Villas. I was allowed an early check-in which was convenient for my stay and purpose. The staff was very friendly and explained the conveniences of the apartment. The overall appearance of the property is eye pleasing and well kept. My visit was enjoyable and I highly recommend for a short or long stay."

"This was my 4th stay at what I call my home while in Ghana. I always feel at home here and have never had any issues. I got stuck there an extra 2 weeks then I originally plan because of COVID and the owner and workers made sure we were comfortable and secure. "Manager and staff are lovely. Rooms not up standard, fridge not working, there was no facilities for tea/coffee in room.breakfast very poor, no choice, eggs. We had to go to another building for breakfast as it was not cooked on premises, so had to wait a long time. Asked for our clothes to be washed, they were taken from dryer and just tossed into the bag, crushed and unfolded. Having said all that, they have now start to upgrade the hotel. "

Terrible service

"For a 6 night stay, I walked in to no tv in the room. Kept requesting for them to fix yet nothing was done about my comfort. The closet is terribly dusty so I had no choice of hanging my clothes. Bedsheet was changed just once upon my request. There is also no working microwave if you plan on staying longer"
