The hotel, the staff, the private beach, pool area, gym, sauna steam room were all amazing. The Liwa staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby and rooms are very clean. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, all very clean and in good working order. Although the furniture is a little old, it's clean and comfortable. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good. Room service was excellent. The Liwa is very close to Abu Dhabi Mall, so it's very convenient. Thank you.

Fantastic place I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Abu Dhabi. All staff here were fantastic, special thanks to Rose who looked after me in the SkyBlue bar she is lovely and Guru at the pool who is such a happy chap! For the money we paid we expected something way worse. Spent over a week there and can not say anything wrong about it at all. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and happy to help.
