"Communication for property was fine. Told us codes etc in a SMS message. Upon entering the property the place seemed clean until you saw up close. We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. If a kid was left on there own they could have scalded themselves. The electrical outlets needed changing as the adapters did not stay in place. The bed linen was left in packaging for us to...

"Convenient and affordable "

"The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great."

"The sofa bed was so uncomfortable is was impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time and as soon as I sat on it, the arm fell off, having been glued back on many times. On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response."

"it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels. It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform. In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. "Très bon accueil par le personnel, appartement (A306) spacieux mais avec très peu de rangement, jolie vue sur la forêt et les montagnes, literie confortable, grande terrasse, equipement suffisant et fonctionnel mais pas luxueux. Magasin de location/achat de matériel de ski dans la résidence. Restaurant dans la résidence (moyen). A 3 minutes à pied des pistes (télésiège, vente de forfaits, départ cours ESF), mais un peu loin du centre du village (bars, restaurants, commerces) à pied. Parking...

"Exceeded expectation massively! For the price the apartment was wonderful. We had 8 people staying in 3 bedrooms plus the sofa bed in the lounge and we were expecting it to feel cramped, but the rooms were spacious with separate lounge snd dining areas. Would 100% come back and recommend highly."
