"It was an easy walk to the River Walk. The staff were very helpful and the room was great. There is a bit of street noise but generally by 11 pm that died down. And they provided earplugs in the room. I’d definitely stay there again."

"Valet left our car's lights on. Battery died and he had to jump it. New battery is now basically useless. Night staff member said we could have a late checkout, then the morning one didn't. Food under the beds on we got there. Not a great experience. Find somewhere else."

"Good hotel for individuals looking to be close to the San Antonio night life and river walk. Not the best hotel for families with little ones looking to get an early night sleep. Parking not available on hotel ground, only Valet parking available or paid parking lots. Staff personnel were top notch."
