"Can't beat the location! All the hotels in this city are old so they would have to do a lot of renovations to modernize. The furniture in the rooms are older but serve the need. Bathroom needs more shelves. Lighting needs improvement. Breakfast needs to be improved. 7-9am is too short ending too early. Can't accommodate crowds very well. Would be nice to have coffee available all day. The stuff in the room is horrible. The machine in the lobby never worked .At an average of $300 per night in a suite I think should be a nice amenity."

"Overall, my stay at the hotel was good, and I had a pleasant experience. However, I believe they should pay a little more attention to cleanliness. The bathroom was a bit dirty, and the shower curtain had a terrible smell and visible mold. Other than that, everything was good. With better attention to cleaning and maintenance, the experience could be even better."

"Clean quiet. Encouraged me to take my bicycle right into my room. It would have been nice if there were some instructions for the shower. I’ve never had one that required pulling before twisting. I almost called the office."

"So glad to be able to stay at the court plaza inn and suites again! It’s my go to when I’m in mackinaw city. Definitely the cleanest hotel, best location, and such friendly, accommodating staff. Highly recommend!"

"The room was great, clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful. We didn't get to do it, but I loved that they had bonfires available on the beach and they gave out s'mores packages!!! Very nice touch! The staff was excellent and very helpful as well."
