"After a stay elsewhere I decided to come back to Cooks Club. This time I had a beautiful room sea side with an ocean view to the side of my balcony in the "Boheme" side. A different experience from my first stay, and also very lovely. It's a little Gem of a place, tastefully decorated and right on the beach with access to the main Cooks Club delightful pool and beach areas too. It was so nice to have this extended option. "I dont know if it was a 4 star hotel or not but if it is a 3 star hotel, then it was a great 3 star hotel. It had everything the hotel needed. Great location, polite and friendly reception staff as well as housekeeping staff. And an amazing hamam and massage experience. Its run by a family and they are so lovely. "We had a good holiday here with our friends from the UK. Vedat, one of the waiters in the restaurant was a star for us, looking after us extremely well. Plenty of choice in the restaurant for all meals - no problem there. Such a shame that the alcohol on offer as part of the all-inclusive stay was of poor quality. We do realise that the hotel is catering for people from all parts of the world and that not everybody appreciates quality alcohol..."

"We booked 5 rooms for 10 people at Mary Hotel in Alanya. Prior to our arrival, we called the hotel to inform them that two guests would leave halfway through the stay and two others would take their place. The hotel confirmed over the phone that this was no problem. However, when we arrived, the hotel had not prepared the 5 rooms as promised. Instead, we were given fewer rooms, and several of us had to share rooms or beds, even though we had paid for separate accommodations. When the time came...

"The property was nice, but I was disappointed that they had no hot drinks in the family room. There was also no iron to use. When asked about iron was told that it was extra money for that at the laundry which was disappointing. Also think a spar would be good to have on site. They had a bar upstairs which you have to pay for drinks as well which no one used, which could be turned into a on site club. "
