We stayed for three nights whilst visiting relations. The hotel itself was very comfortable with great facilities. The free breakfast had resonable selection but catered for all. All the staff were very friendly but a special mention must be made for Jessica who when hearing of the problems I had with Expedia took it upon herself to resolve all the issues even though they were nothing to do with the hotel.

Great for a business trip — very comfortable, huge room, full fridge freezer, plates/cutlery etc. Very kind and helpful front-desk staff. Comfy bed, good shower! Only downside I can think of was housekeeping knocking every morning when I was running around trying to get ready for work (I was out of the room for 13/14 hours each day but they never came back). Couldn’t find a do-not-disturb sign and forget to ask; not a big problem, though.
