Madrid is a great city to visit and the hotel was ideal for an early transfer to the airport. However, if exploring the city for a few days, it might be better to stay closer to the centre

Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every ...

Price was good; right on Gran Avenida ; lots of space but layout was awkward. Staff in the evening when I arrived were not particularly friendly
