We had an issue with stained towels and linens and I was told that an outside company handled cleaning them . The staff was great and got all the issues with linens and towels resolved"

"Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. "

"I filled out the online check-in form as requested via message in Expedia. While filling out the form, I added into the notes that I would be arriving around 1:30am due to a flight delay. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that my room was given away to someone else and I was given a different room type of a lesser quality, despite the fact that I had checked in online, noted my late arrival time, and paid for a nicer room overlooking the pool for my kids. "Pilgram Sands in a basic no frills hotel on Plymouth Bay. It is clean and well-kept for the most part (some of the outside windows need cleaning). Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great (recently renovated with a really nice shower, heated no-fog mirror and nice vanity). We enjoyed the view from our balcony immensely although the balcony itself needed painting and the chairs had some bird poop on them when we arrived. I would recommend this hotel as a nice but...

"I went there for a weekend getaway with my daughter. It was a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and amazing. The room was clean and gorgeous. We spent two days at the spa and it was incredible. The services were excellent. The staff were phenomenal. And I certainly must say something about the chefs they bent over backwards to make sure my food allergy’s were taken care of. The food was exceptional."
