"This place was amazing. Only 10 minute drive outside Evora historial city center. Great amenities and a step in time. It was like having your own private visit to a historical site. "The front desk staff (young man, forgetting his name) and Mr. Bond (the bartender) did an excellent job of welcoming us on the property. The rooms were spacious and overlooked the gardens. We enjoyed the view and the nice rooms. One discomfort we did face was the heating in the room and opening the balcony doors definitely helped but the morning outside noise did disturb us. Usually the nature sounds would be appealing, but after long day of walking and needing to rest and sleep in on vacation...
