"This place was a real surprise. The apartment was spacious and a refreshing change to staying in a hotel room. It had a balcony overlooking the main road and the waterfront perfect to watch the world go by in comfort. It is rustic in keeping with the building but nicely decorated. A great find!"

"This location is about a 20 minute walk to the sea coast. The walk offers a lot to take in within old Alexandria. The location itself is safe, the front desk is excellent, and is welcoming. I would recommend this location for an adventure seeking travelers."

The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. "Clean room with great balcony view. Roof top breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and staff were super helpful all the time. Very family friendly with great seating areas! "We stayed at both Nariman and King Fouad, each one has advantages, Nariman rooms are larger, newer, its closer to the Montazah gate, King Fouad is more classic, smaller but rooms are closer to the beach you feel sitting inside the sea in the balcony. They have water sports there and are closer to the beach club!"
