The hotel itself is good, rooms clean and comfortable however the fire alarm went off 3 times and they couldnt explain why and if it was going to happen again. I had a 9 hr trip in the morning and i wasnt sure if i was gonna get any sleep, staff couldnt tell me if i could get a refund. Still waiting on a call.

First, they gave us a room that was already occupied. Then we got a room that though it was clean, needed a lot of work. Torn curtains, torn wallpaper, a big black circle on the ceiling. When we went to breakfast nearly averything was gone.

Everything that I saw was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The front-desk staff were terrific, allowing me to check in earlier than the standard check-in time. The facility looked a bit tired, especially the carpets and furniture. The breakfast buffet was lacking some items that I would expect even with the label "continental" - there was no jam or jelly for toast; the only fruit was a bowl of small apples; and on my second morning there was no yogurt.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The décor was a little outdated, but everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Outside is decent so is the lobby but the smoking rooms are in the same area of the no smoking rooms and you can smell it soo much! There is also a bad roach problem

The hotel is very dirty… They do not serve your room every day. I saw cockroaches in my rooms and I had two separate rooms. I told the management and they did nothing… I would never stay here again.

The hotel needs a visible sign with their name. We drove past it several times because we were not sure if it was the correct place or not. We were not told of the amenities. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean.

Room, price, and staff were great. Breakfast was less than good. The fried eggs were cold and overcooked only had 2 but 6 people in the breakfast area, they brought out scrambled eggs after the liquid or powder. The breakfast burrito was overcooked and dry. Coffee was more like flavored water.

The property itself is clean and ok, however not much worked ie: keys multiple times, multiple outlets, lights, wifi. It was safe and clean, and did provide a better breakfast than most anywhere! The staff was good as well. A few tweaks and ratings would be much better.

The place was clean and staff friendly. I'd stay there again. Don't book thru third party like Expedia as they don't accept it and canceled my original reservation and charged me an extra $35, not to mention that I will not get my $8.08 back at Ibotta. There is also the fact that I have to cancel the payment thru Expedia as I am now charged twice.

There was no signage on the building. It was confusing. There were 2 almost empty rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom for 4 guests. We had to go to the desk to get another roll. Please have extra rolls available. The location is great for functions at Camp Beauregard. The breakfast was okay. And, the room was sufficient for our needs.

This hotel needs a major remodel. Its old and outdated. We stayed in room 233 a suite. The first night we had no heat in our room, the tvs didn’t work, and the water for a shower was only luke warm. Around 1pm on the second day they moved us to another room that was a regular double room. The water situation remained the same but we did get heat in the new room. The room was $181.24 per night. I would not have stayed if we were not attending a Mardi Gras ball at this venue. It's my understanding that the hotel has been bought and the new owners will be renovating.

It is concerning when upon check-in a gal is visible in the office, barefoot, feet on the desk and eating. Room was OK, could have been cleaner but the bedding was good. The ice machine was broken, and no washer and dryer on 2nd floor and the carpet is filthy. Breakfast was good and attendant pleasant.

I have stayed here for many years during the 3rd week of January. The facility had really went down since January of 25. There was mildew all around the tub, not very clean, lightbulb out in the bathroom.

The carpet in our room was very very dirty. Water for shower was warm not hot. Accent chair in the room was nasty. We stayed for 3 nights and no room cleaning was done during our stay. Totally overpriced for what you get.

The room was dirty and outdated. There were chips on the ground in the bathroom and opened food left in the fridge.
