Everything was great! So clean and tidy. Large chalets and twin house and bathroom. Comfy bed. Perfect location, right on a calm and peaceful beach. As soon as you walk out of the accommodation, you see this wonderful beach. During the evening. Staff were so polite, kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

A Summer trip

Neat & nice resort with all good amenities & beach facilities with nice pools and landscape . A reasonable value for money for this hotel type resort & good room services . Located next to a beach club playing loud music till 4AM . The sea is calm & no high waves noticed like other unsuitable beaches in the north coast which is a big advantageous issue. Twin houses are nicely layed out with nice furniture & fully equipped kitchen . Not hesitant to recommend it to travellers to the Northern coast .

Overall, staff and facilities is one of the greatest, friendly and professional staff members. The property is fairly new less than one Year old. That being said, my understanding from the operation team, propery will have more amenities services within couple of of month during the local leisure and corporate travel season. I would strongly recommend this property for corporate conference meetings, wedding and international leisure market travelers. Guests would enjoy the Amazing, peaceful and stunning blue ocean view and friendly staff team. I would give their staff 100 score.

Nice Hotel - dramatic enviromental pollution

Hotel is clean and the romms are fine - food is resly good and the service is great. But, on the way to the hotel it is like to feel in a big garbsge place / everywhere you look outside you can ser plastic bottles , trash bags - and the worstest is, micropladtic on the beach. Sorry, but the area need deepcleaning - and a penalty to the lokal goverment regarding the environmental pollution to everyone using the sea - no way to go for a swim into this area wirh optical microplastic everywhere.

Managers, very accommodating, good staff eager to help roads are not done yet because of Place is new music at the beach for night. Life problem is stays up until six in the morning. If you’re close to the beach, he probably will be listening to the music until six in the morning, lol too loud for someone going to the beach to relax but great for night life

Rude Management - Bribes / no trusty

I am very distraught by my stay here. The check out process and service was extremely unprofessional. Once we packed up our car and ready to leave (I was on a tight schedule) they held my driver and told me a mug was missing from the villa and I had to pay them 150 pounds. I knew the manager was trying to get money out of me as a 'rich American'. I was so shocked that after staying a few days at the villa for approx 500/ usd a night. I gave him 200 pounds in cash and said how ridiculous- why would me or my family take a mug?! I have never been treated like this at a hotel. After check out he even tried to register my credit card - I said hello no. I felt it then there was something fishy - he then came up with a missing mug. If he was smarter he would have just broken it and said it was me. But to say we are stealing - so sad to have this experience in Egypt. It makes the country and this hotel look so bad. I will not bring my American friends to this hotel the next time we visit. I will find an alternative. He was so rude and I was so upset... I still am.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel ,aufgrund der guten Bewertung,gebucht . Juli 2024 für Anfang September 24. Direkt nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine E Mail vom Hotel ob wir Wünsche oder Besonderheiten hätten. Da meine Frau Glutenfrei Essen muss gaben wir das an. Es kam keine E Mail zurück,also dachten wir es wäre angekommen . Im Hotel sprach ich bei Ankunft mit der Rezeption sowie mit der Küche. Aber nix passierte. Dazu muss ich sagen das dass restliche Buffet sehr überschaubar war. Am letzten Tag ,nach einem Gespräch mit dem Manager vom Restaurant, war tatsächlich auch gekauftes glutenfreies Brot da(in Hurghada,Januar 2024, wurde alles sofort aufgenommen und täglich frisch gebacken). Leider zu spät!! Die Toiletten am Strand waren sehr ekelhaft,unzumutbar!! Mal abgesehen von der Baustelle. Täglicher Lärm und Dreck. Zimmer und Hotel ansonsten echt schön, das Personal freundlich. Danke an Ahmed aus der Lobbybar..,der uns sehr geholfen hat. Und für den leckeren Mango Smothie !!!
