"Ficamos no ap galeria, amplo, bonito, limpo, confortável. Excelente experiência! Sentimos falta de ferro de passar roupa no quarto e o encontramos lá embaixo na lavanderia. No Minimarket (que sugiro ter mais produtos salgados) quisemos comprar hambúrguer mas ele não estava cadastrado no sistema e não foi possível de nenhuma forma, embora o produto estivesse lá. "

"Check in/out process was easy and quick, amenities were good, room was tidy and breakfast was ok. Only stayed for 1 night so can’t really provide a more detailed review but all things considered it’s a great place to stay for the price, especially for the location, literally in the heart of Florianópolis. "

"O apart é muito bem equipado e confortável. Localização ótima . Tem todos os utensílios que precisamos para o dia a dia, inclusive filtro de água e máquina de lavar e secar roupas. A academia do prédio é excelente e a garagem também. O supermercado em baixo do prédio é um facilitador. Jane, a interlocutora entre o anfitrião e o hóspede , é atenciosa e dá retorno às dúvidas pelo whatsapp. O check-in antecipado e o cadastro facial adianta muito na hora da chegada. "A cama estava torta no quarto quando cheguei o que fez que eu batesse minha perna e machucasse. O ar condicionado não desligava e demorou para que a funcionaria viesse até meu quarto me dar suporte. Ao meio da madrugada, fui surpreendida com o funcionário noturno entrando em minha acomodação, segundo ele por conta de haver uma informação errada no cadastro e o quarto que eu ocupava indicava livre. Fiquei com medo e mal dormi o restante da noite, pensando estar em perigo"
