"Stayed for 4 nights with my elderly mother before heading to Lisbon then Porto. We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of this resort. The concierge graciously helped us find a wheelchair rental to help get around the property and many restaurants on site. Selena and the other host at the breakfast buffet were so kind and greeted us each day with a big smile and genuine hospitality we’ll never forget. "So pleasantly surprised by this hotel, it’s a two star with four star ambitions. Lovely little touches like fruited water on arrival and always a little something at reception i.e. sweeties or small cakes. The pool area is absolutely lovely. I originally stayed for one night while waiting for a connecting flight unfortunately that flight was then cancelled so I headed straight back for an extra night without any concerns at all. "The rooftop was great with fab views of the harbour and breakfast was good. The room was basic but comfortable. The pool is quite small and can get a little overcrowded. Excellent spot for visiting Faro. Don’t miss the boat trip on the Ria Formosa. Really worth visiting ."

"We went as a family of 4 with a 10 and 12 year old. We had such a lovely stay. We had a family room which was perfect because the kids had their own room and bathroom. All the staff were friendly. It’s the first hotel we have been to where we didn’t have to wake up so early to get sunbeds. The breakfast was plentiful and lunch at the pool bar was good quality. The gym was brilliant. We went to Rubi bar every evening for a drink - the cocktails are very good. We would definitely come back....

"Used for one full day stay at Faro. Close to airport (8 minute walk). Room was clean and very basic. There was a place to lock luggage privately for early arriving. Very nice & well kept pool. There is a grocery store with a food cafe inside about 4 minute walk away. As a basic hotel close to airport at a fair price this was a good option."

"Very much enjoyed the two fine dining options and poolside terrace for luchtime food and drinks. Room on 3rd floor at the back with terrace but slightly disappointed as the garden onto which the terrace looks was not maintained to a good standard compared with other areas. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay which is the second time we have visited this hotel."
