"Great place to stay, unfortunately my room was leaking water on to the carpet which made the room humid and smell, didn’t get worse until the second day but rooms were all booked. Thankfully I was able to get a new room on my last day. Overall great hotel, great price. Breakfast was good!"

"We enjoyed our stay at The Chicago northwest Marriott last weekend. The hotel was well maintained, though my sister in law complained about water tracking from the pool (it didn’t bother me). "The staff was very kind. The room doesn’t have carpet however there was a lot of hair on the floor and in the tub. I think it’s great they have an area for people to hangout and bbq. However we were there on business and needed to rest… doesn’t make sense to have that outside of someone’s room. Again, really appreciate the staff being so kind."

"I’m sure after Reno is done it will be great. However while we were there,we come home and find our room open and belongs moved so our air could be removed and cleaned. Contacting us before would have been nice. Return back the next day and carpet in hall and molding being removed. Nails from molding and carpet tack sticking up in front of our door. "Overall this place is just a wreck: elevator broken, water fountain broken, exposed screws in bathroom, no outside doors locked, dirty hallways and stairs. It’s a Quality Inn, so manage your expectations."

"The hotel was great. The staff was amazing. The only downside was our room smelling like mildew when we walked in. I don’t think the room was taken care of after the heavy rainstorms since we were on the first floor."

"When we arrive, they couldn’t find the second room I booked and then I asked the book another room. They told me the must book for two days consecutive or they wouldn’t book it for us. After deciding we share a room with the four of us they call back we could have another room for an extra $60 American. I thought I called expedia.ca for help useless finally I rechecked my emails and found both of the rooms out. No apology."

"Was very noisy, between the constant walking around in the room above us, and from what sounded like laundry machines going at night. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful though. Updated older building."
