"It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. "The Black Sea was visible between other high-rise buildings, so it wasn't the best view, but it was fine. It was a very nice new room though and very close to a mall. Plus it was close to the airport. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price, it was amazingly good."
