"No kitchen, very small room, very tiny bathroom, no light in the shower so it was very dark, used soap, hairs from someone else on the sheets, smells like stale cigarette smoke, dirty furniture. Sheets did not fit correctly on the bed."

"It’s a wall up so you can’t see the no view. The night stands were broken. The bed sheet had burn holes. The hot tub hose was leaking anytime you turned it on. Then the hotel staff was upset that I asked for a new room. Then told me the spa rooms were all booked so I had to stay in the room. He offered another room a double queen when I had a spa king room. I stayed here numerous times before and this is my worse I will not be back. The staff has to do better."

"This is an old property but the room was clean, spacious, had a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed. The woman who runs the place was helpful and pleasant. "

"Hay que resaltar, que al llegar te piden un depósito dependiendo la estancia, en mi caso contrate un paquete por 4 noches y según el depósito es de garantía de estancia, dicen que te lo devolverán en 2 día hábiles y es hora que no me regresan nada, ya van 5 días. En cuanto a las instalaciones es buen hotel, bonito y barato, descansa bien y cumple su objetivo de hotel, bañarte y dejar tus cosas.
