"As always, enjoyed our stay here. There was some trouble with the lighting in the bathroom after some repairs, and we were offered a different room, but decided to stay in the room we had selected. As usual, breakfasts were delicious, and the desserts were wonderful . It is always a pleasure to stay here, and the location is perfect for forays into downtown."

"The rooms and hotel were very clean and all the amenities were on the newer side. The only issue I had was with the airport shuttle. It only is available if there are enough staff and I was told “do you know what uber is?” By one of the staff members in a very condescending way when I enquired about reserving a shuttle to the airport for an early flight. They need to communicate and maybe even not offer an airport shuttle if it is this disorganized."

"Clean and modern. Enomous bathroom. Nice mattress. Great parking, only $12 for self parking in the back of the building. Great location, in the centre of Ithaca and 5 minutes drive to Connell."

"The hotel was clean and the room felt spacious. The location to downtown is perfect and parking was incredibly easy. The room service was extremely limited, closed randomly, and not great food, but downtown has other good options."

"The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. They made accomodations for my elderly mother and ensured all our needs were met. We stayed there during the extremely busy graduation season and the staff treated us with great hospitality and care."

"Hotel was bright and cheery. We stayed there for graduation weekend and there were festive decorations and snacks available as well as a welcome event. The breakfast was plentiful and there was an area to dine outside. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and we loved the kitchenette area. Our original plan was to stay at a more upscale hotel but after experiencing this hotel I would absolutely return."

"I mistakenly booked this hotel for a Thursday instead of the Friday I needed. I caught my mistake immediately after hitting purchase. I had inadvertently booked it for that same night. I reached out to Expedia and the hotel to ask if they could please cancel my reservation. Expedia said they would allow it but the hotel denied the claim and charged me the full price. There should be an option to fix an error within minutes of making it. Its insane that I was charged over $220 for a mistake I...

"I was thoroughly impressed y the staff, their courteous attitude and service were excellent. I was impressed by the quality of service and kindness. The amenities were great and the staff were super helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to everybody!!"

"We canceled the stay. The room smells very bad, we asked for room change. Even we arrived very early, most people not arrive yet. The guy at the checkin counter didn't allow us to change to other room. He forced us to cancel the stay. It was a terrible experience to us, so sad.And so mad."

"Convenient hotel right at the airport in the associated business park. Well maintained property. From our perspective, the breakfast options were poor (basically coffee and pasteries), but the hotel is a very short drive from College Town Bagels at Triphammer Mall, which has outstanding options. "This hotel has bad ratings. But the room was actually quite nice. Just outdated. It was clean and smelled good. I've stayed in a lot of cheap hotels and beggars can't be choosers. For as cheap as it was to stay here. It's a great place. That's why I'm trying to give it five stars. Well worth the money."
