"Beware of this hotel. I had a package booked for eight days but unfortunately I could not go because my passport had less than 90 days to expire. Expedia got in contact with the hotel manager a day before my arrival and he/she denied the approval to refund the money. He/she said cannot be cancelled or modified, the whole stay will be the charges. I lost all my money that only god knows how hard is for us seniors to save money to reward ourselves. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Very helpful and kind staff. Room was big enough for 4 people and was in clean condition. Air conditioning was not working but they provided us with 2 high power fans that worked great. Overall great experience."

"Everything in my room and in the spaces that I saw was clean and well-maintained. The building has very solid floors and walls (poured concrete, I assume), so that one hears no noise from other rooms (at least, I didn't). On the negative side, the interior design is cold, sterile, and charmless. "

"Duvet had a stain. Room facilities on Expedia states bathrobes but there is actually a charge for these. The bathroom door slides and did not close properly leaving a huge gap. I was sharing with two friends and it made it difficult coming in and out of room if someone was in bathroom as could see in from the corridor of the hotel. Had to ask for tea & coffee and extra mug as only 2 mugs, one teabag and no coffee in a triple room. These were replenished to a better amount when room was cleaned...

"We had two semi connecting rooms, One bedroom had a neat closet while the other had a small kitchenette. Showers were fantastic, and the staff could not have been any nicer if they tried. This hotel is owned by an Irish firm and the manager himself walked this out to the taxi and personally put our luggage into the taxi. Solo dos detalles: para llegar a. tomar el elevador a mi habitación había que subir dos escalones y eso no es problema, pero con equipaje un poco difícil, una pequeña rampa estaría excelente, El último día de mi estancia no barrieron la habitación y dejaron las tazas del café sucias de la noche anterior."
