"Allegan MI has several wedding venues but bigger name hotels are further away. This one is easy to access, so local, and turned out to be clean, quiet, safe, and so economical. And amazingly, it was down the block from the county fair. "

"Great stay, this was our first time in a motel in over 20 years. Rob’s service is amazing, he helped answer any of our questions and we had a great conversation! Our room was cozy and clean! We didn’t use the pool due to the weather but it looked nice and warm. Would definitely recommend a stay and would come back here again!"

"Pines Motor Lodge was a quiet, family-friendly place to stay over the Labor Day holiday. Steve is a great proprietor and it became my morning routine to get coffee and have a slice of banana bread in the lobby. Great location within walking distance of downtown Douglas and a few minute car ride to Saugatuck. We loved the 50’s decor, too!"
