"Pool and spa were amazing. The room and balcony were both great. The breakfast was fine. There did not seem to be anyone who could speak English who could help newcomers to the area locate or recommend restaurants or nearby places to visit. As a first time visitor having a concierge available would have been helpful. "Staying here, right in the center of Aix en Provence was a terrific choice. The room was delightful, including wonderful air conditioning on a very hot evening. The staff was terrific, welcoming us early into the restaurant for our complimentary glass of champagne and helping us find a great food tour for the next day. Breakfast, which was included with the room rate was fantastic. I would highly recommend this great property and their delightful staff for your time in Aix en Provence!"

"This hotel claims to be five stars do not stay here they stole my clothes that were in my room an then when I called front desk to report the cleaning staff stole these items they said nothing was brought to our attention and dismissed my concerns as if they took no responsibility. I have to dispute my charge just to regain compensation for a very delicate item that was stolen. Be careful do not stay here the cleaning staff steals items."

"Wonderful hotel. Balcony rooms were pleasant for breakfast and take out pizza one evening. Staff brought up to our room plates, white cloth napkins with utensils and the wine we ordered. Arranged taxis for us and were most pleasant . Très accommodating !"
