"GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN GENERAL IF YOU WANT TO BE IN DOWNTOWN, KENT OHIO. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.. THIS IS THE BEST AREA TO BE NEAR RESTAURANTS AND A MORE RELAXED VIBE..KENT STATE IS A NICE PLACE WITH LOTS,AND I MEAN LOTS OF DIVERSITY.GOOD PEOPLE-GREAT HOTEL! I give it a 9.4."

"Breakfast is over at 930 even on Sundays. A bit early for my husband and I so there was nothing left at 930 when we went down. Also out of coffee both Saturday and Sunday. Also TV in room did not work :( but we were just there to sleep and have breakfast. There breakfast is good ao we were disappointed on Sunday!"

"First of all, the staff are excellent, from the manager to the front desk, the housekeepers, everyone is helpful and accommodating. The place honestly looks a bit sketchy from the outside, but inside all is well. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast every day, and the 24/7 coffee and tea. But the people are the best of all."
