"No elevator which was a nightmare for someone in a wheelchair. We stayed on 2nd floor and had to walk luggage up the stairs and help family upstairs that was in wheelchair. Even had stairs on first floor. In the morning there was very few choices for breakfast. The cereal was stale and the area was extremely hot and reeked of something similar to cat pee."

"Staff was rude during check in. Hotel room smells horrendous. Place was dirty. It says “nice dogs” welcome but it was all reactive dogs, barking all day and night. Dog friendly but the place is full of uncleaned dog poop. When I was promoted in the app for a review i left a star, which then made the staff call me at 1030 PM!!! To question my low stars. The shower had hair. Picked over 10 ticks off my dog. Don’t book here. Flee. Traumatized from redroof in general. The shower was disgusting. The...

"Very dirty, no emeneties ,no water no caffee machine actually nothing!"

"The building and grounds need maintenance. There's rotting window sills and rain damage on the ceiling, spots of bleach on the carpets and the doorknob of a closet came off in my hand. The TV in the room is incredibly small, the size of a computer screen. You don't come to a hotel to watch TV but like showers, you expect a nice experience. The breakfasts were ok, but not great."

"I was made to feel like a prisoner I this motel. In the middle of the night, not mentioned in check IN, I was made to feel like a prisoner once scolded to “enter from the back” after discovering the lobby door was locked. The front desk agent pointed towards the back of complex and screamed at me that I was to enter from there. Again, not mentioned in check in… The room floors were disgusting. Im literally surprised that I didn’t leave the property with a staph infection."

"The woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room wasn't the cleanest, there was either dust and/or mold on the valance and curtains. The floor was dirty, had to walk around with shoes or flip flops on because my feet were filthy from walking for 5 minutes. Looked like smeared blood on the wall and saw possibly a roach in the room."
