"We were stuck overnight after a delay for our flight and this is the hotel we chose to stay at. It was exceptionally clean. Everyone was very friendly, and we were also given a complementary upgrade to a suite!
That small gesture to upgrade us really helped us mentally reset after sitting at the airport for seven hours. The suite we were in was spacious, clean, and had a lovely shower!
Should I find myself in Brussels again, I would definitely stay here. We did not get a chance to use any...

"Check in at midnight and it was excellent, I don’t remember the name of the FD agent, but he was awesome! Breakfast absolutely delicious and everything was so fresh. And staff at FD were so helpful with any questions I had. If I would come back to Brussels would live to stay there again."

"Literally the perfect location to walk to everything you wish to see in Brussels! And three minute walk from the train station for those day excursions to Bruges etc. I had a luxury room and was extremely impressed with the space, comfort, and cleanliness. I would stay here again on my next visit for sure."

"Not a great location. Wish we had stayed at the Sheraton right at the hotel as we were flying out the next morning. This hotel is in a business park. Still cost 30 bucks to get a cab there, as the shuttle was impossible to find and the gal on the phone was new and unable to explain where we catch the shuttle. Although we asked three airport workers and they couldn’t tell us either."
