"Overall the hotel is great and it’s located a bit outside the center of prague. Car is mandatory. Because of the size of the hotel , it mostly attracts big groups to keep its occupancy high, that means during breakfast hours , it gets quite busy which was the only negative thing. Otherwise the interior is very well maintained and renovated and the staff is doing a good job being friendly and trying to help you."

"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit.
from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"The hotel is located very close to the main train station, the Old Town attractions are also nearby via walking or local transit. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. "Mooi hotel, gelegen aan park en vrij centraal in Praag. Metro vlak bij en tram stopt er goor de deur.
Kamer was erg ruim en klassiek ingericht. Dese werd elke dag tijdens m'n afwezigheid opgeruimd en opgefrist door het kamerpersoneel.
Enige minpunten waren de niet goed werkende, luidruchtige airco en de gordijnen, die niet goed sloten en veel licht doorlieten. Zeker in de zomer onhandig met zonsopkomst om 4:30.."
