"Great smaller property with good central location. Restaurant has great views and a good atmosphere. Room was a little smaller but I was there to enjoy the city so as a landing spot it was perfect size for my needs."

"Overall a good clean hotel literally steps away from public transit (buses and trains). The staff was perfect - zero complaints!! The surrounding neighborhood is interesting. There are several good restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. One small complaint - the door to the room had a pretty big gap at the bottom so you kind of hear everything going on in the hallway. Luckily the other guests around weren’t noisy. If I go back to Brooklyn I would probably stay there again"

"Great stay! Was with a group of 8 so we got 3 private rooms. They were all spacious and we each got our own bed. Private bathrooms in the room as well. I recommend!"

"The Manager was very professional and courteous. I arrived a few hours early and he extended me the courtesy of checking in early. My experience from traveling with other Hotels, is that early check-in can be an additional fee(but the Manager here waived all). Complimentary beverage was offered me: coffee , tea and filtered water. The Rooms and Lobby was Very Clean; And Air Conditioning was Great! The Staff was easy to get along with. "Stayed here for the weekend for the Knicks Finals and the Puerto Rican Day Parade after unfortunately having to leave our first hotel because it wasn’t what we expected. This hotel truly came through for us when we needed it most. "I was disappointed with my experience. Room service took far longer than expected, which delayed our reservations and impacted our plans for the evening. Additionally, the hot tub add-on was not worth the extra cost. The water appeared dirty, and the bubbles repeatedly shut off, making it difficult to enjoy. We ended up spending our time at the regular pool instead. Given these issues, I do not feel that the experience matched what was advertised or the additional amount paid."
